Sizing

Is your sizing true to fit?

Our sizing is true to fit and generally more of a “snug” fit. If you like a looser fit or you are in between sizes, we recommend that you size up.

Care

What’s the best way to take care of New Moon Apparel products?

To preserve the quality of the fabric, as well as the quality of your design, we recommend washing our products in cold water and drying on low. This will ensure that your clothing continues to fit well and prolong the life of your design.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

New Moon Apparel currently accepts all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Shipping

Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, it is forwarded to our fulfillment provider. You cannot change the address once your order is placed. Please ensure that you have provided all of the correct information before placing your order. Please ensure that you have reviewed our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because we don’t hold physical inventory of our products, each order is made special just for you. Most orders will be delivered within 10 business days, but it can take longer depending on the season and how many orders our fulfillment provider has in their queue. Please ensure that you have reviewed our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping options.

Returns

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your item is damaged or there are any defects on your design, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Please ensure you have reviewed our Return Policy before placing an order.

Why don’t you offer returns?

Because of our business model, we do not offer returns. New Moon Apparel products are made-to-order and use a third-party fulfillment provider, which means that there is no physical stock of our products anywhere. This model helps eliminate waste and overproduction, but it means that we are unable to offer returns on our products, as each order is made just for you. However, if you have received an item that was damaged in transit or has a manufacturer defect, please Contact Us immediately.
