Returns for Damaged or Lost Items:

We offer returns for items that are damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at customerservice@newmoonapparel.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and free from rips or signs of wear.


Sizing Exchanges:

Please note that we do not offer sizing exchanges. It is essential that you thoroughly review our sizing guide before placing an order. By ensuring you have selected the correct size, you can avoid the need for returns or exchanges.


Manufacturer Defects:

In the rare event of a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace the item free of charge. To qualify for a replacement, claims for manufacturer defects must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at customerservice@newmoonapparel.com to initiate the claim process.


Final Sale:

All items purchased from New Moon Apparel are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than damaged or lost items during transit.
