Shipping Locations:

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We regret that we are unable to offer international shipping options.

Once you place an order, our fulfillment partner will process it within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing delays may occur during more demanding periods, such as holidays and busy seasons. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method. In most cases, orders will arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days. However, please be aware that shipping delays may occur during more demanding periods, such as holidays and busy seasons. We kindly ask for your understanding should any unforeseen delays arise.


Shipping Costs:

As of July 1st, 2023, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for orders under $100. For orders totaling $100 or more, shipping is free. Please note that any applicable taxes or fees related to customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking link for the information to begin displaying.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us directly at customerservice@newmoonapparel.com. We will do our best to assist you and ensure a satisfactory resolution.


Non-Delivery and Return to Sender:

If a package is returned to our shipping partner as non-deliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons beyond our control, and you still wish to receive the package, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the package for a second delivery attempt. We kindly ask that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process to avoid any delivery issues.


International Shipping:

Regrettably, we do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
